All contest entry fees are considered final and non-refundable once submitted. This ensures fairness and helps maintain the integrity of our judging process.

However, if you experience a technical problem during submission—such as a double charge, payment failure, or error—we urge you to contact our support within 48 hours of the transaction.

Our team will investigate each case individually and may offer a refund or credit at our discretion. Any refund processed will return to the original payment method.

We do not provide refunds for dissatisfaction with judging outcomes or missed deadlines. Please read all contest details carefully before submitting.
